Chris Hellmer, LMT, was born in Wayzata, Minnesota. He has his Certificate in Massage Therapy from Saint Paul College, and is currently finishing his Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Clinical Sports Massage at the same school (May 2023). While he specializes in deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point, and general relaxation, he can match his pressure and style to meet your needs. Chris has a passion for helping people relax, rehab, and recover properly so they can perform at their best. When he is not working, Chris likes to golf, play basketball, go rock climbing, read books, and spend time with his family and friends.
