Is the facility open to the public?
The Training HAUS welcomes athletes of all ages, looking to maximize their performance. All classes, appointments, and training is led by a staff member.
Can I buy a monthly or yearly membership?
While we do not offer memberships, individual customized program development is available to meet the needs of HAUS athletes. Please contact us with questions.

How do I get to the HAUS?
Is there parking and do I have to pay to park?
Parking is available in the first floor of the parking ramp next to Training HAUS. To enter the ramp, turn onto Vikings Circle and take the third exit from the roundabout. There is also parking available in the surface lot adjacent to the TCO clinic. Turn onto Vikings Circle and take the first right into the lot. Please follow directional signs to the HAUS entrance. These signs will take you along the south side of the building towards the glass door entrance. Look for the ‘H’ above the door. Enter through the door and proceed to the 2nd floor.
Do you offer team training/sports performance or just individual training/performance?
We offer both customized team training and group training at the HAUS. Please see the Services tab and Programs tab for more details! If inquiring about one-on-one training, please give us a call at 952-456-7650.
Are sports performance programs customizable?
Yes, sports performance programs can be customized to fit your needs. Contact us for a quote.
How do I schedule for any of your services?
The majority of our scheduling is through Mindbody software with a few exceptions: Sports Physical Therapy and Sports Chiropractic are scheduled by calling 952-456-7650. Sports Psychology is scheduled by calling 952-835-8513.
How much does it cost?
Price varies by each service. Clicking on each tab will provide more information including price. If additional information is needed, feel free to contact us.
Do I have to be part of a team to workout at the facility?
You do not need to be part of a team to work out at the HAUS. Teams are welcome as well as individual athletes!
Do you accept insurance?
The HAUS provides cash-based services. Sports Physical Therapy is the only service at the HAUS processed through insurance.
How long are the Sports Physical Therapy sessions?
At the HAUS, we realize your need to return to sport and have developed programming to do just that. In doing so, we’ve found that 30 minutes is not enough for therapy which is why we have increased our therapy time to 45 minutes.
