Denise has taught Pilates since 2005 and is Certified in Mat, Reformer and Chair. She has trained all levels and abilities including: professional dancers, professional/collegiate athletes, and pre/post surgery. She is part of a training program with Cary Reagan, a third generation Pilates instructor. Denise is a faculty member of Joffrey Ballet School. A tenured Sociology Instructor with a M.S. in Sociology, she is pursuing a MA in Integrative Health and Wellbeing from the U of M. She hopes to combine her education and teaching expertise with her passion for health and wellness in order to support individuals as they improve their wellbeing.
