Pomegranate Fro-Yo Bites
These Fro-Yo Bites are a great tasting post-workout snack that pack a punch with 12.5 grams protein, 20.1 grams carbohydrates, and lots of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories, which will help the body recover from the stress of a hard workout.
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- Mix two cups of vanilla Greek yogurt with 1 cup of pomegranate seeds.
- Portion out the yogurt into ice cube trays (roughly 1/8 cup).
- Freeze 2-3 hours.
