Recipe: Peanut Butter Protein Bites


Protein packed, vegetarian, energy bites are a perfect pre- and post-workout snack to help sustain energy and rebuild muscle!
Serves: 12 bites

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Combine ingredients into bowl and stir
  • Place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes
  • Roll into 12 bites and store in refrigerator for up to one week
