Recipe: Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Protein packed, vegetarian, energy bites are a perfect pre- and post-workout snack to help sustain energy and rebuild muscle!
Serves: 12 bites
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions
- Combine ingredients into bowl and stir
- Place in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes
- Roll into 12 bites and store in refrigerator for up to one week
