I first came to the HAUS in mid-2018, and it has been one of the most welcoming and challenging places that I have ever been a part of. The staff feels like a family & it makes everyone better. The programming over the last few years has been one of the keys to my success on the field and owning a more athletic version of myself. It is a place where I want to go and work hard and have a great time doing it. I feel stronger, more conditioned, and healthier than I have in a long time, and I am excited to see how much better it can get.
