Join us for “Fueling the Championship Season” on Monday, Mar. 4, from 6:45-8 p.m. at Training HAUS. Sports Dietitian Remi Famodu PhD, RDN, CSSD, LD, accompanied by Nutrition Assistants Rachel Stark and Brenna Oberg, will cover topics on best practices for nutrition and training, providing helpful tips for athletes and parents.
The presentation will include:
- Important fueling strategies for athletes
- When + what to eat before, during, and after training
- Recovery nutrition after competition
- Off-season nutrition
