Training HAUS has teamed up with Line of Scrimmage to deliver elite football training for youth and high school athletes. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned vet, we tailor every plan to your goals. Train in world-class facilities with coaches who’ve played at the college and pro level. We focus on improving technique, mastering the fundamentals, and elevating your overall performance.
WHAT WE DO
- Position-specific training for Offensive Linemen, Defensive Linemen, Linebackers, and Tight Ends
- Individual or group development led by expert coaches, including former NFL player Lewis Kidd

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group sessions are where linemen level up. We drill fundamentals, adaptability, and teamwork because winning at the line means locking in with whoever’s beside you. Bring your crew, and we’ll coach you as a unit to boost chemistry and execution.
TEAM TRAINING
We’ll meet you on your field and work with your coaching staff to build sessions around your system, your goals, and your athletes. From fundamentals to position-specific installs, every rep is built to move your team forward. Offseason or playoff push, we’ll help you play faster, stronger, and smarter.

WINTER SKILLS & DRILLS SERIES
Consistent work. Real technique. Multiple chances to get better every week. Our Winter Skills and Drills Series is built for middle school and high school offensive and defensive linemen who want to go above and beyond to get better. Each session delivers movement prep, position work, and technique refinement designed to elevate performance and build confidence. This series is ideal for athletes who want steady reps, structured coaching, and flexibility in where and when they train.
What to Expect Each session includes:
- 10 to-15-minute dynamic warmup
- 45 to-50-minute block of OL and DL position work
- Technique development focused on stance and start, hand use, footwork, and leverage work
- Coaching that helps athletes build consistency and long-term improvement

If you’ve ever wondered what we’re all about, this free camp is the perfect introduction. It’s fast-paced, competitive, and built to show offensive and defensive linemen how real development happens in our state-of-the-art facility.
Athletes will:
- Train in our LOS environment with coaches who know the trenches
- Compete in drills that build strength, speed, and position fundamentals
- Learn how to get involved in future LOS events and year-round development
- Build confidence and connect with other motivated high school athletes

Youth Football Camp
Our Youth Football Camp gives young athletes a complete, hands-on experience across every position on the field. This camp uses a rotational training format that introduces players to both offensive and defensive roles, guided by specialized coaches who know how to teach the game the right way.
Camp Structure
- Defensive Rotation: Skill development for Defensive Backs, Linebackers, and Defensive Linemen
- Offensive Rotation: Focused instruction for Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, and Offensive Linemen
This structure exposes athletes to multiple positions, helping them discover their strengths, build foundational skills, and grow their confidence as all-around football players.
Camp Goal
To introduce families to the full spectrum of coaching, training, and long-term development opportunities available through the Training HAUS Football Academy while supporting athletes at every step from youth participation to elite performance.

High School Combine Drills Clinic
Serious athletes don’t guess their way through combine testing. They train with precision, and they train with people who understand exactly how the numbers are made.
Join us this March for an exclusive High School Football Combine Drills Clinic focused on the core metrics college recruiters rely on to evaluate talent: the 40-yard Dash, Short Shuttle, L Drill, Vertical Jump, and Broad Jump. These are the numbers that matter, and here you’ll learn the techniques that drive them.
This is not just a workout. It is a true combine training experience led by seasoned professionals from the NFL Combine industry. Every movement is taught with intent. Every drill is broken down with expert detail. Every rep has purpose.
Who can attend
Current 8th through 11th graders who want to sharpen technique, build confidence, and show up ready to compete.

The Spring 4-Week Training Program is built for athletes who want real development, not just reps.

Athletes receive position-specific instruction and a progressive curriculum that strengthens both offensive and defensive fundamentals in ways that directly influence gameday performance.
Each week includes:
- One run game emphasis day at the location of your choice
- One mandatory pass emphasis day with advanced concepts and live competition
Unlike standard skills and drills sessions, this program stacks concepts week to week, giving athletes a deeper understanding of how and why each technique is applied. The result is faster, smarter, more intentional play. While designed for high school athletes, the program also introduces advanced ideas taught to college and professional players.

Athletes receive position specific training supported by a curriculum that sharpens both offensive and defensive fundamentals. Every session connects coaching to real game situations, helping players translate what they learn directly onto the field.
Each week includes:

- One mandatory pass emphasis day at Eagan Flagship with advanced concepts and competitive 1-on-1s
Unlike standard skills and drills sessions, this program builds week over week, giving athletes a clear understanding of the purpose behind each movement, read, and technique. While tailored for high school athletes, Phase 2 integrates advanced ideas used at the college and professional levels.
