Building Healthy Habits for the Competitive Youth Athlete
As a youth athlete, the most important “wins” have nothing to do with the final. Success for competitive athletes ages 9 to 14, should be measured by learning the fundamentals and forming good habits. That’s why we at Training HAUS, powered by TCO, created the Healthy Habits for Youth Athletes series. In total, three unique events will be offered, each giving your athlete the chance to work with expert coaches, improve their skills and have a blast doing it. Your athlete has the opportunity to attend one, two or all three of the events.
