Allie Wagener, Ph.D., LP, is a licensed clinical and sport psychologist with a specialization in sport and performance psychology. She creates mindful awareness, focus and openness with athletes to help them fully engage in their sport and life to achieve their optimal potential. She earned her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Tampa, while also playing soccer for the university, and her Master and Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Wichita State University. Allie works with Premier Sport Psychology, PLLC, who contracts with Olympic, pro teams, Division I-Division III collegiate athletic departments, high school and club teams.
Carly Anderson, Ph.D., LP, CMPC, specializes in sport psychology and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant®. Carly attended UCLA where she earned her undergraduate degrees in psychology and communication studies and won 3 NCAA national team titles in gymnastics. She went on to earn her M.A. and Ph.D. in counseling psychology and sport psychology at the University of North Texas (UNT). Most recently, Carly was a staff member of Team USA at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games. She currently helps direct the sport psychology services for the University of Minnesota Athletic department, St. Thomas Athletics and the USA Curling National Team.
Justin Anderson, Psy.D., LP, specializes in sport/performance psychology and leadership. He received his doctorate from the University of Saint Thomas, his master’s degree from Boston University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he also played quarterback for the Bulldogs. Justin currently owns Premier Sport Psychology, PLLC, and consults with many Olympic, pro and collegiate teams and athletes. He is also the Director of Leadership U at the University of Minnesota Athletic Department.
