Brooke Dummer, MS, RDN, LD, is a licensed and registered dietitian from New Ulm, Minnesota. She has experience working with collegiate athletes helping to optimize performance and instill lifelong nutrition practices. She previously worked at West Virginia University with a variety of teams providing team educations and individual counseling on topics related to nutrition basics, fueling timeline, injury prevention/recovery, body image, and more. Kaela Colvard is a registered dietitian with a background in sports nutrition and specialization in eating disorders. She previously worked at the University of Illinois and University of Minnesota. Kaela has experience working with youth, collegiate and professional athletes to optimize their athletic potential, energy availability, muscle recovery and injury prevention in relation to nutrition. She also works with clients to ensure recovery in eating disorders, improving athlete body image, combatting GI distress and addressing medical nutrition conditions in sport. Kaela earned her master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. Kaela provides sports nutrition services at Training HAUS in Eagan and the University of St. Thomas. Lizzy Narigon, RDN, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian from Shoreview, MN. She has a unique background in nutrition with experience in community development, maternal and childhood health, and sports nutrition at the high school and collegiate level. She previously worked with the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program and as a sports dietitian with the University of Minnesota. Lizzy enjoys empowering athletes to fuel and perform at their highest level. Her other interests include running and taking her dog Riggs to the dog park. Madison Musich is a licensed and registered dietitian from Grand Forks, ND, receiving her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of North Dakota. She has a background in collegiate athletics working at the University of Nebraska Lincoln with both men’s and women’s teams. She has experience with nutrition counseling for injury prevention and recovery and optimizing performance. She has also worked as a clinical dietitian administering individual nutrition care for disease management. Madison is passionate about performance nutrition and general nutrition wellness to help individuals meet their goals.
Rachel Gorham, MA, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian with a background in sports nutrition and wellness. Rachel has worked with professional, collegiate (Gopher Football and Swim/Dive) and youth athletes to optimize fueling for performance while educating for life-long nutrition practices. Additionally, Rachel is delivering a wellness program to TCO employees and has experience in medical nutrition therapy and weight management. Rachel is working to obtain her CSSD (Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics). Her personal interests include running, weightlifting, swimming, and dogs.
