Kaela Colvard is a registered dietitian with a background in sports nutrition and specialization in eating disorders. She previously worked at the University of Illinois and University of Minnesota. Kaela has experience working with youth, collegiate and professional athletes to optimize their athletic potential, energy availability, muscle recovery and injury prevention in relation to nutrition. She also works with clients to ensure recovery in eating disorders, improving athlete body image, combatting GI distress and addressing medical nutrition conditions in sport. Kaela earned her master’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
Remi Famodu, PhD, RDN, CSSD, LDN, is a registered licensed dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports nutrition. She received her Master of Science in Animal & Nutritional Sciences as well as her PhD in Animal & Food Science from West Virginia University. Remi has a personal interest in performance and wellness nutrition with athletes of all ages and activity levels.
Rachel Stark, MS, RDN, LD, has a background in sports nutrition with a special interest in eating disorders. Rachel has experience working with a variety of ages and sports ranging from youth to professional and Olympic athletes. She enjoys helping athletes use evidence-based practice to learn how to fuel their body, optimize recovery and prevent injury. Previously, Rachel worked at the University of Minnesota with the Gopher Football Team and a variety of other sports where she helped meet the nutritional needs of athletes and educate athletes on a variety of nutrition topics. Rachel aims to help all athletes of all ages to meet their performance goals, develop a healthy relationship with food, improve body image, prevent or recover from injuries related to nutrition and help manage GI distress with nutrition.
