The Training HAUS Speed & Agility program is designed to increase an athlete’s overall athletic ability as it relates to acceleration, deceleration, top-end speed and change of direction.

SPEED

Optimize your sprint mechanics and produce force with greater efficiency to generate powerful, sustained acceleration and top‑end speed.

AGILITY

Enhance your cutting and change‑of‑direction performance by analyzing movement mechanics and advancing them through focused, competitive drill progressions.

Athletes can sign up individually, with a group of friends or teammates. To get started, athletes can take a free Intro to Speed & Agility session.
